Background |
Tracy has a long history of developing education based programs designed to benefit kids caught in the grips of the juvenile justice system. She has been a counselor to both boys and girls seeking to free themselves from the grip of gangs. She also has been a valued consultant to school districts who are seeking ways to help their students avoid the path of drugs, gangs and lawless behavior. |
